Brain Break Club

Students will be able to engage in afternoon brain break exercises/activities that help end their school day. Exercises/Activities will help students practice their motor skills and allow stimulation that may boost their energy, metabolism, focus, and mood. Exercise, or movement activities, will be done individually or in small groups and breaks will be given. This is a great opportunity for students at various ages to socialize while doing an engaging task.
